It’s very easy to make, but you might need some adult assistance in sizing the crown correctly.

This paper roll craft does not require a TP roll, and will stand on its own.
I’d recommend using a thicker paper, or maybe even thin construction paper for best results, but it works quite nicely with regular paper thickness as well.
